Cancellations, Returns or Refunds
We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds once the order is placed. We urge you to be 100% sure of your purchase before you checkout.
In case you receive any defective pieces kindly email us on hello@equiivalence.com with subject ‘DEFECT’ along with pictures of the defective product from different angles, within 48hours of delivery.
Please note that the defective product will be REPLACED not RETURNED with the same new product. Depending upon the issue and examination by our team, Equiivalence holds the final authority to decide whether the product needs replacement or not.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on items once sold.

Back Orders
In case your order is informed for Back Orders, should you wish to cancel, we offer cancellation and provide full refunds, only when it is informed to us within 48 hours of receiving the Back Order email from us.
Please be aware that all our pieces are handcrafted and hand-assembled by skilled artisans, and no two pieces can be the same. There may be minor differences in the product you receive versus the ones you see on our website or social media due to photography and lighting.
