RETURNS POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS or REFUNDS
We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds once the order is placed. We urge you to be 100% sure of your purchase before you checkout.

In case your order is informed for Back Orders, should you wish to cancel, we offer cancellation and provide full refunds, only when it is informed to us with 24 hours of receiving the Back Order email from our team.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you do not like any product you receive, we offer an exchange of another product of the same or higher value within 48hours of delivery.

In case you receive any defective pieces kindly email us on hello@equiivalence.com with subject ‘DEFECT’ along with pictures of the defective product from different angles, within 48hours of delivery.
Please note that the defective product will be REPLACED not RETURNED with the same new product. Depending upon the issue and examination by our team, Equiivalence holds the final authority to decide whether the product needs replacement or not.

Please note that in case of any exchange, the return shipping costs will have to be fulfilled by you except otherwise advised by Equivalence team.
