When will I receive my order?

Once your order is received and accepted by the Equiivalence team, it will be shipped within 8-10 working days.

How many days does it take to process my order?

It takes about 3 to 4 working days to process, quality check, and package your product.

 

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

In this case, we offer a change of address only if it is informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order through an email titled 'INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS" and the correct address marked in the email.

What if I do not want to wait for my Back Order?

In this case, we can offer you 3 options:

1. You can choose another item instead of the one you purchased. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited or charged.

2. You can simply cancel that particular item if you don’t want

to wait for it or change the order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is received and accepted from our end, we will send you an email with the tracking ID within 24 hours of accepting.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping as of yet, but we plan to do so very soon.

 

I received an email stating my item is on Back Order, what does it mean?

Since all our pieces are handcrafted and made in small batches, sometimes we run out of inventory. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver Back Orders.

What are the standard domestic shipping charges?

Our domestic shipping charges are INR 100 to INR 200 depending upon the weight of the parcel and the location of delivery in India.
